We are living in a warming world. With humans releasing carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, temperatures are rising. This has a myriad of consequences and devastating impacts, from rising sea levels and warming oceans, to drought, heatwaves and crop failure.

Ecology is a focused on the interaction between living things, within an environment. This can vary in scale, from ants and microbes, to elephants, whales, and the biggest living things.
